I joined Dr.
Chih-Ming Ho’s research group in October 2005.
My first project was to develop a robust and cheap alternative technique
in order to control the height of optical gratings for Arnaud Benahmed’s
Surface Plasmon Sensing project. I hope
to pursue a graduate degree in the MEMS/nanotechnology field upon graduation.
Current Research
·
Currently investigating
single crystal patterning with controlled surface morphology at the nanometer
scale (coworkers: Tak Sing Wong,
8/2006-Present)
Undergraduate Researcher,
UCLA Micro Systems Laboratory, October 2006-Present
·
Performed,
characterized and developed an algorithm analyzing Height Control of Optical
Grating Structures Experiment
Intern, Northrop Grumman
·
Transformed all Use
Case Requirements and created an Elaboration Use Case document for B-1 Unique
Planning Component. Document was
produced one month ahead of schedule
·
Performed
robustness Testing on Joint Mission Planning System
·

Lam, N. Rechner, C.M. Ho, “Period
and Height Control During the Microcontact Printing of Alkoxysilane for Optical
Gratings”, J. of Microlithography,
Microfabrication and Microsystems, submitted for publication in October
2006.
Conference
·
R. Lam, T.S. Wong, and C.-M. Ho, “, to be
submitted to IEEE 7th International Conference on Nanotechnology,
Hong Kong SAR, August 2007.
